These natural differences mean no two ornaments will look exactly alike. The engraved areas may also vary slightly in darkness depending on the natural characteristics of the wood. HANDMADE DETAILS Each ornament is individually laser cut, engraved, personalized and assembled in our studio. The white decorative elements and personalized name are separate acrylic pieces layered onto the natural basswood, giving the ornament a dimensional finish. These are decorative wood and acrylic ornaments and are not edible gingerbread cookies. CARE For decorative use only. Avoid excessive moisture, bending and high heat. When the holiday season is over, we recommend carefully wrapping and storing your ornament to protect the layered acrylic details. These ornaments contain small and delicate decorative components and are not intended as toys. PROCESSING Each ornament is personalized and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. HOLIDAY SHIPPING During the busy holiday season, carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control. We strongly recommend ordering early to allow additional time for delivery.
